Caleb and European Specialty Automotive Services did an excellent job of getting my '91 M5 back on the road after breaking down on the highway from Victoria on a trip from Vancouver. They went out of their way to accommodate my situation, complicated as it was by having to return to Vancouver and then pick up the car on a weekend. In addition to fixing the original problem, they also identified and dealt with some minor mechanical and cosmetic issues that actually had a big overall impact on the car, making it feel years younger.

Thank you. I looked at a Merceds E500 in August. Was in a hurry and had to leave. I called Caleb next day and asked if he could hold the car for a week since I was from out of town. He said yes. I did not expect that I came a week later and Caleb picked me up at the Hotel next morning. While test driving Caleb was very informative about the vehicle. After arriving at his showroom he brought out all documentation and was all up front with documentations what had been repaired and what should be repaired in the next few months. I found Caleb to be very honest and upfront front with everything. After making a deal he even let me use the car to get insurance on it before I had paid for the vehicle. For those who have never bought a car from this company and Caleb should definitely do so. And for those who have bought from him should continue to support him. He have set a new standard and raised the bar in car sales and service. Very hard to find service and honesty anywhere like this that Caleb and European Specialty provide. Thank you Caleb. Purchased a 2005 S55 AMG from European Specialties in January 2015. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I'd own such a car. Like most every car they sell, it was in mint condition with very low mileage. We simply could not pass it up. Absolutely no regrets and the after purchase service and support has been top notch. So much so that when I required a car for my commute to work I went right back to them for another car I never thought I'd ever own, a 2001 Audi A4, once again, pristine and very low mileage. I have not regretted either purchase. I encourage others to check them out. It is worth the effort.
