The 1986 Mercedes-Benz 560SL marks the end of an era for the long running "R107" SL series (1971-1989). The code 929 Nautical Blue paint with Code 278 grey leather upholstery is not only one of the most attractive combinations it is also one of the less common.

This is overall one of the cleanest and best examples of this generation SL that you will find. It has been on collector plate status for years and will easily qualify going forward. This is one of the few SL's that you will find that was originally sold new in BC. (Canadian production in kilometers)

This SL has had the same owner since 1991 and has been meticulously maintained, summer driven, stored in heated garage and is only being sold due to mature owner no longer using it.

Most recent significant work includes cylinder heads gaskets job, timing chain job, oil pan gasket, EHA valve, fuel pump (197,063km). Cruise Control Amp (202,890km). Tie-rods/Lower Ball Joint (208,323km). Rear pads, rotors, calipers and battery (209,956km). Fuel Pump, Injectors (211,492km). Steering gear (212,032km).

Soft top was replaced approx 5 years ago. Hard top is in storage and is in great condition.
