Thank you again to you and everyone at European Specialty for all the help getting my BMW through the import process and recovered from my “rocking” incident. Every single person on your staff went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it. Wayne was very helpful in assisting in moving my car back and forth from my house so I could save some $ in doing some of the items myself and saved me from ICBC permits. George was great at keeping me up to date and letting me help find the needed parts. Phil worked with parts that were impossible to work with and endured and got it all together despite the grief my car gave him and Cory delayed his lunch to help fix a minor shifting issue when I just dropped by to have it looked at.
Great service all around – I look forward to having this BMW serviced at European Specialty as well as my future cars as I upgrade in the years to come.
